SAP Ariba support for INA Group suppliers
We are pleased to announce, that INA Group is currently transforming procurement into an intelligent portal solution, to enable digitalization, streamline processes and efficiently scale existing supplier relationships. We will be transitioning away from our legacy procurement systems to a new generation of procurement using the easy-to-use market leading SAP Ariba Network. The Ariba Network will be our primary supplier collaboration system for transacting with INA Group.
Dear Valued Supplier,
This new platform will allow us to improve collaboration, enhance our relationship with our suppliers and streamline the order management process, by enabling electronic dispatch of Purchase Orders (PO) and Order Confirmations between INA Group and its Suppliers.
Below are some of the benefits and opportunities the Ariba Network will provide to its Suppliers:

- Access to the SAP global e-commence network, providing suppliers with greater visibility and opportunities to establish new customer trading relationships

We fully appreciate that our procurement transformation journey is not only a change for INA Group, but for our Suppliers too, especially those who currently do not use the Ariba Network. However, as a valued Supplier, our relationship and your participation in this new initiative is key to maintaining our ongoing business relationship.
Ariba Network Fees: The great news is that there will be no cost to our Suppliers to participate in sourcing events, receive PO’s and send Order Confirmations via the Standard Ariba account. Fees will apply if you chose to upgrade to an Ariba Enterprise account giving you full access to a wide range of functionality and features.
