Standard forms for reporting on investment projects implementation

For all investment projects in INA, d.d., for the implementation of which the organizational unit Investment Management is responsible, after concluding a contract with an external partner, whether for design, procurement and delivery of materials and equipment or works, the selected external partner is obliged, after an introductory meeting with our implementation team, to report on the progress of project implementation according to standard forms.

This solution, which is easy to use for both INA and external partners, provides a simplified and unified way of monitoring project implementation. Standard reporting forms are available in Croatian and English.
