Paketomat, a new and innovative logistic service by Tisak, is now available at five selected INA’s retail shops across Croatia. Paketomat serves as a delivery location when making purchases online, but also as a classic location for sending and picking up packages in a modern way, available 24/7.
Sending or picking up a packages takes only seven seconds and several simple steps: the customer receives an SMS or e-mail with a unique PIN and QR code which opens the box and can pick up the package at any time by scanning the code or entering the PIN. Sending is also very simple, by making an online reservation and payment at www.paketomat.hr, after which the code for opening the box is sent via SMS or e-mail.
Interaction with the customer is possible by video, voice and personalized multichannel messages and the promotional price of sending a package by using Paketomat amounts to only HRK 15.00 until June 1, 2016.
