If you plan to travel by highway in the Republic of Hungary, buy a vignette online.
From 1 January 2025, you can buy a vignette for the use of Hungarian highways online, given that for technical reasons it will no longer be possible to buy them at INA retail outlets.
The official company that sells Hungarian vignettes is Nemzeti Útdíjfálátósi Szolgáltató Zrt. The purchase procedure on their site is a bit longer, because you have to register first, so take care to make your trip as smooth as possible.
INA will display a QR code with a purchase link for its customers at its retail outlets to facilitate last-minute travel preparations and make the trip more enjoyable.
Do not make purchases while driving, but we recommend that you stop at one of our retail outlets in the direction of the Republic of Hungary.
