Career

Growww

Growww is a one-year internship programme that offers a unique chance to get a dynamic start to a career in one of the most complex global industries – oil and gas exploration and production.

Through the 12 months of this internship for university-degree students, trainees work under the guidance of assigned mentors. A special commission (consisting of the president, mentor and a representative of the Development & Education Department) oversees the internship that is conducted according to the Internship Programme. The Internship Agenda bring a detailed elaboration of both general and expert segments, and trainees receive them from their mentors in the first month of their internship. More than 2,500 trainees have been hired in MOL Group through the Growww programme since 2007, including more than 700 in INA Group.
