In cooperation with the DPD, parcel delivery experts, we have made it possible for you to receive your parcels delivered by DPD in our retail stores. Now you can carry out all of your duties and receive your parcel without stress because you have up to 7 days to pick it up from our store!
Before the parcel is going to be delivered you will be proactively notified by SMS/e-mail about delivery date and you will receive a link to the portal through which is possible to change the delivery date or address – all you have to do is click on the link and choose preferred INA retail site which suits you best! In addition, throughout the process of delivery, it is possible to track your parcel so you are familiar with its whereabouts at any time.
