The INA Supervisory Board appointed members of the Management Board

Zagreb, 28 March 2025 – The Supervisory Board of INA, at the proposal of the Government of the Republic of Croatia, reappointed Hrvoje Šimović and Marin Zovko as members of the Management Board, while Hrvoje Milić will replace Miroslav Skalicki as a member of the Management Board. The new mandate for members of INA Management Board enters into force on 29 March 2025, and lasts for a maximum of six months.

Hrvoje Milić was appointed a member of the INA Management Board after holding the position of Director of Logistics in INA’s Refining and Marketing division, where he spent 17 years, during which he gained extensive experience in the oil industry, specifically in logistics and supply chain management. Among other things, he held the positions of Terminal Director (18 INA’s terminals) and Manager of Contract Transport Management. After graduating, he completed a postgraduate specialist study in Quality Management at the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb and an MBA in Business Administration at the Cotrugli Business School in Zagreb.
