New income increase for INA Group employees from 1 January 2025

  • This is the sixth consecutive increase in the employee income in the INA Group.

Zagreb, 15 January 2025 – In INA, the process of conciliation as part of negotiations with the representative unions in the INA Group (SING, INAŠ and EKN) has been completed. An agreement was reached on the increase of employees’ salaries up to 10 percent for eight INA Group companies. Other material rights of employees are improved in all INA Group companies in Croatia, which increases the income of employees depending on various factors, including the number of years served and the company they are employed at. The most significant income increase is in the company INA Maloprodajni servisi, in the range of 10 to 18 percent.

Following the above, the INA Management Board made a decision on new collective agreements for nine companies of the INA Group in Croatia (INA, STSI, INA Maziva, Plavi tim, Crosco, TRS, IMS, IVS, Hostin). The new collective agreements will be signed this week, with application from 1 January 2025.

“INA has nurtured social dialogue for almost three decades, keeping in mind the well-being of employees, the preservation of jobs and long-term business. Our goal with these changes is to ensure INA’s competitiveness on the labor market, in such a way that we successfully retain talent and award loyalty. I want to thank the negotiation teams for the effort put into making this positive change for our employees”, said Zsuzsanna Ortutay, President of the INA Management Board.

This is already the sixth consecutive increase in the employee income in the INA Group. The collective agreement stipulates the allowances that each employee receives on top of the basic salary, and the company also pays incentive allowances, depending on the employee’s efficiency.
