Zagreb, December 15 – Prirodni plin, a member of INA Group, has concluded the contract for natural gas supply with Italian company Eni. After competitive and transparent bid for gas supply, the goal of which was to select a highly reliable supplier under most favorable conditions that include the best possible price and flexible terms, the best offer was chosen.
The gas deliveries will start as of 01 January 2011 and the contract is concluded for the period of 3 years with the quantities of yearly 750 MMcm on average. It is also important to emphasize that INA managed to negotiate greater flexibility of quantities and more favorable prices, while having the possibility of using two supply routes from the direction of Slovenia and the Croatian – Hungarian inter connector which is expected to put into operation in the near future.
