Zagreb, 12 September 2024 – Ten companies of the INA Group (HOLDINA, INA Crna Gora, INA Maloprodajni servisi, INA Vatrogasni servisi, INA Maziva, STSI, Crosco, Plavi tim, TOP Računovodstvo servisi, INA, d.d.) have demonstrated continuous progress in human resources management and this year they were again awarded the Employer Partner certificate. INA, d.d. in addition to the thirteenth Employer Partner certificate, this year again reached the high standards for obtaining the Above and Beyond certificate in four out of five categories – “Future”, “Innovation”, “Impact” and “Inclusion”, thereby confirming its place in the 10 percent of the best Employer Partners in the region.
The HR function at INA is actively involved in building relationships with key stakeholders and ensures the implementation of HR best practices that contribute to the well-being of the entire organization. Numerous internal and external development activities are available to employees, which are carried out in groups or locally, which enables the exchange of knowledge and positive practices, such as the example with the INA Academy. This internal academy has existed since 2016 and over the past eight years has educated more than 15,000 employees through 700 training courses.
In addition to comprehensive welfare programs for workers, such as bikeZONE, beneFIT, Zdravlja+, Čitaj&dijeli and Roditelja u INA, in 2023 INA also launched a one-year talent program for the development of workers in specialist and professional positions, Future@INA, which is just finishing the first generation of 68 talented participants, while the second will start soon.
