  • • For the fourth consecutive year, INA received the recognition for excellence in human resources management
    • Meeting the high standards is a precondition for receiving this certificate

    Zagreb, 19 December 2014 – Today INA was ceremoniously presented with the Employer Partner Certificate, which is awarded for excellence in human resources management. The certificate was accepted on behalf of the company by Vladimira Senčar Perkov, Director of the Human Resources Sector in INA.

    Receiving the Employer Partner Certificate for the fourth consecutive year, confirmed the high standards of quality of INA’s processes, and once again it is placed in the company of prominent firms in the Croatian market, exemplary in the best practices of human resources management. Management Board member, Aleksandar Zemunić, presented INA with this valuable recognition on behalf of the organiser, the company SELECTIO.

    Vladimira Senčar Perkov, Director of the Human Resources Sector in INA, stated the following: “We are proud of the fact that our results every year indicate additional improvement in human resources management in INA, which is the result of dedicated work and motivation of all colleagues within the team, and I would like to express my gratitude to them once again”.

    The employer’s success in the field of human resources management is independently assessed through the evaluation of 45 management processes, and meeting the high standards is a precondition for receiving the certificate. Thanks to the verified methodology, the Employer Partner Certificate is used as a tool of exceptional quality for the assessment, design and development of the human resources management process.
