INA founds the company Plavi tim

• • INA’s new subsidiary will provide IT services
  • The employees of INA’s Information Services Sector will be transferred to the new company

  Zagreb, 30 November 2015 – INA Management Board adopted a decision establishing the company Plavi tim d.o.o., fully owned by INA and which will operate as an IT service centre for INA Group and other clients. The employees of INA’s Information Services Sector will be transferred to the new company, which will start its operation as of 1 December 2015.

  The long-term strategy of the company, in accordance with the international best practice, is to provide high quality professional IT services unified at INA Group level, thereby enhancing efficiency and synergy.

  INA Group has the lead role in oil business in Croatia and plays a major part in oil and gas exploration, oil refining and distribution of oil and oil derivatives in the region.
