Ferenc Horváth and József Simola resigned from INA Management Board

Zagreb, September 16, 2022 – Ferenc Horváth and József Simola, Management Board members of INA delegated by MOL, both resigned today, despite engaging in no way whatsoever in the wrongful practices around INA that surfaced in late August.

Ferenc Horváth and József Simola were members of the INA Management Board from February 1, 2021. They will continue performing their duties as the members of the Management Board until the appointment of their successors to secure the continuity of the company’s operation.
