Exploration & Production Laboratory

Scope of work:

• Actively participating in research studies and identification of new exploration areas and petroleum and geothermal systems,
• Providing expert support to reservoir development and oil and gas production processes,
• Performing high-quality laboratory analyses of rocks and reservoir fluids (crude oil, condensate, natural gas, water) from geological, geochemical, petrophysical, thermodynamic, corrosion and physiochemical aspect with detailed data interpretation,
• Creating laboratory reports and studies with data interpretation,
• Geothermal research and different rock and water analyses for geothermal potential evaluation.

Expertise in the implementation of certain specific analytical methods was confirmed by Accreditation certificate No. 1048 given from the Croatian Accreditation Agency according to HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2017Standard.

In addition to providing expert support to oil and gas exploration, development and production projects, the Laboratory also provides its services to external clients, and collaborates with scientific research institutions.

Biostratigraphic, petrographic and sedimentological, and geochemical analyses, interpretations, and studies

PETROPHYSICS AND THERMODYNAMICS

Petrophysical rock analyses, EOR and special studies at reservoir conditions, sampling, PVT analyses and studies, characterization of reservoir and process fluids, rheological and corrosion testing and monitoring.
