Growww Program

This year as well, the young talents are starting their professional development at INA.

As a part of INA’s Growww program, which is being implemented for the sixth consecutive year, as many as 46 new interns have joined INA Group on 1 September 2015. This structured program offers challenging business goals to the interns, who are completing them throughout their one-year internship under the guidance of their mentors, who are monitoring and evaluating their work.

Also, each intern is assigned with a buddy, a former Growwwer who is tasked with knowledge sharing and bringing the new intern closer to his or hers job and the team on an informal level in order to facilitate and speed up the adjustment to the new working environment. Same as their colleagues from the previous five Growww generations, the interns will go through the business education program with the aim of learning about the company’s businesses and INA’s refining and oil and gas plants.
